Does anyone have a spare strap for this figure? Seller failed to mention that the strap had fallen apart.
That would be awesome thanks!I think I have a spare foot peg for her! Let me check my stash.
Any idea how to prevent the coat from staining on the figure ?
I wonder if the plastic bags will stick to the figure overtimeOthers mentioned they cut some clear plastic bags and placed them where the coat contacts the body, if I recall correctly.
I would suggest hand washing the cloak in warm water with detergent at the very least to get the excess dye out. Make sure you thoroughly rinse to get all the soap out. Air dry or iron on lowest settling. I do with this with all my Jedi robes and you'd be shocked at how much brown dye comes out of those things. That should help.Any idea how to prevent the coat from staining on the figure ?
I don't have mine anymore, but it looks legit to me. Hair just looks less messy/curly than normal right out of the box. If this was pre-owned, I'd just guess that the previous owner worked on the hair to tame it a bit (unless that was your doing).I hate to bring up an old thread. But I got this a few months ago, and I went back here to read up on. I feel like my headsculpt looks different than a lot of you guys.
I also went back to YouTube reviews and the headsculpt looks different than mine. Can you guys help me on verifying if I have a fake?

It looks legit to me (at least, it doesn't look like an obvious fake), but the hair style really plays a role in the likeness. In your case, the hair has been straightened and is pressed against her head, which has the effect of making her face look tall (thus throwing off the likeness). The original hair style is more wavy and flowed away from the hair for some volume, which shows off her cheekbones more and helps her face appear a bit more round. If you mess around with the hair, and the head still doesn't look like what's in the other photos/videos, then that would be a sign something was off.I hate to bring up an old thread. no problem. Just make sure you're gentle while hand washing especially with the furry edges. Don't want to accidently pull those bits outThank you, I will try this process
Really appreciate your helpno problem. Just make sure you're gentle while hand washing especially with the furry edges. Don't want to accidently pull those bits out
Sure thing, And even if you don't see dye come out, hand washing still seems to help regardless. For instance, I have the Star Ace Sirius black and both the purple button down shirt and brown sports coat were known to stain the hands and body. So, I hand washed both items, put them on a new body and knew hands and haven't seen any signs of staining even though I didn't see any dye come out while washing them where as the original body and hands had stains all over them.Really appreciate your help
Thank you
