The sword is metal.... it's attracted to magnets... and lower quality than wolverine/predators blades, being easily bendable.

Just got my Resident Evil: Afterlife Alice today really glad i picked this one up. Great figure and some awesome accessories.

Hopefully we will get some other Resident Evil film characters in the near future.

Congrats on your purchase and somehow my Alice figure does not seem to catach my attention in my Detolf shelves but she is no doubt a wonderful figure.
