I think so. Light armor Thor does have a bigger box than the regular version. And everyone in the Thor thread had the same weight listed. Probably the base and hammer that add that weight. Woulda been cool to get a free fig though. I've already gotten a free care kit and that was an awesome surprise!!

Also the weight on SS on the light armor figure page says 7 lbs so I'm pretty sure it is by itself
