Very glad I ordered right when it went up. It's a snooze you loose situation. I don't think many will convert. Others know this is a very limited figure.

Mine converted a couple of weeks ago, but I cancelled him. As much as I like the suit, I like TFA suit better. Better to cancel and let another collector have him.

Well to be fair I don't think many of us knew it was going to be a figure so limited it would sell out as fast as it did.

After watching the movie again this weekend, I'm glad I have this on preorder. I still like the TFA suit more, but the GA is really growing on me.

Personally I do wish it was better, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Got this because I'm a fan of Cap and I felt the movie was gonna be pretty awesome and it was. I also felt that if i got bored of the clenched teeth HS, I could always head swap with TFA ver I have.

Looking at The Avengers Mark VI movie promo figure, that I think is limited just as much as this is, It was announced early April and released early June, here's hoping that making 300 figures can be done again in very late May or very early June!!!

They are making WAY more than 300. The 300 rumor was just the number someone thought that SS received but they are still making at least a couple thousand or more worldwide.

Amen! I got The Wolverine figure early. It released about four months early or so. I would imagine this one may do the same. Im really hoping for a waitlist conversion. I was undecided on this guy as I dont like having multiples of one character. Space is prime real estate in my comic corner. It took seeing TWS movie to twist my arm on this figure, which resulted in a very late waitlist reservation.

My thanks to those canceling orders to allow collectors a shot at a great figure. So easy to convert figs like this into a quick profit. Stand up move for those trying to help those that missed the pre-order.

I hate to think of the price for a die cast shield. Eesh. Figure what... $50 -$60 probably? Considering no other release (as yet) will have the fully painted red white and blue shield that many are seeking.

Weren't that price for the regular ones when parts were parted out from the past CA releases? I'm thinking these die-cast might fetch even more sadly...

The numbers must be sighly higher than other movie promo figures, this was back for PO a few days ago right?

If the die cast shields will cost more than $60 you may as well buy the entire figure at that point. You could part out what you didnt need. Wow. More than $60. Thats crazy.

Mmm I just need to buy 3 shields and really have no desire to get the GA figure at all. It's not a huge priority but it'd be great to have my FA and Avengers Caps with diecast shields
