Nothing is guaranteed from HT. Much as I personally like an Evans sculpt, I'd much rather have a Red Skull then make whoever they want. An amazing piece like this certainly needs an equally amazing looking villian.
So you like the Señor Stark sculpt from the Mark IV? Looks great with the sunglasses on, IMO.I always thought the same thing but for some reason I display the MK IV with the RDJ head, holding the mask.... That might just be due to the quality of the sculpt and the actor himself though.... I can't see doing that with Cap.

No need to rub it in. France knows full well how its people were saved by the Allies, and is eternally grateful for that. And remember that there was a French resistance movement during the war that played a valuable role.

I agree the Stark sculpt with the Mark IV is awesome. I used it on my custom Stark figure but only display the armor all together.
I can see wanting to display them all in full armor since you pick up all the IM figs. They'll look epic displayed all together.
Am I forgetting something or would this be the first serious Marvel villain getting the HT treatment (obviously, Whiplash doesn't count since he's a nobody in the comic-verse).A red skull has to be in the works.
Aw, look at how cute it is his little son dressed up like the Mark I for the picture!Yeah, just like that.

Theres no denying it. The shield (in relation to the proportions of the body) is not the same scale as it appears in the film.

I highly doubt people in this forum are that ignorant or stupid to over-simplify what happened then. Not all the country nor all the government or all the armies wanted to surrender.
We could discuss hours about how Petain was NOT representative of France. But fact is he took power, surrendered and collaborated (as lots of people also did sadly enough).
My grandfather (on my mother's side) fought in the resistance. My grandmother (on my father's side) became a widow early in the war and raised my father by herself. All the stories they told me are so strong ; some make you proud, some make you wanna puke. People who'd do anything to help, to fight, to free their country ; and others who'd denounce you to the Germans or help them kill Jewish people etc ...
It's a dark period in our history that split the country and left still-unhealed wounds. But you can't, in all honesty, summarize WWII France to a white flag. It is insulting to those who fought against this.
Now back to the Hot Toys figure
Yes!!! We've got out first comparison/photo-shop pic!!
annnnnnndddd here we go.
