I had an extra 1/6 scale compass from a different customizing project, so I printed a sticker of Peggy Carter and made Cap's compass from the movie:

Seriously GREAT!! Thanks for posting!:clap

Just got mine off the ups truck today from sideshow and I love it. Love the costume, the shield, the accessories.

I see what everyone is saying about the elbows not bending. I'm pretty familiar with how these bodies articulate so I had no problem finding the direction of the joints. It took a moment but I was able to get them moving. Still pretty stiff but they do move.

Changed the foot pegs and set him up with shield and .45 in hand. Looks bad ass.

He is simply iconic. Just like the movie. Looks great. This thread helped me make up my mind to buy him. Thanks to everyone who posted in hand pics early on.

Well said mate! :wink1:

This figure absolutely rocks - no dispute there. That earlier comment about it being lame / boring or something, is just completely bizarre.. :monkey1

Just got mine today - I like it even more than the Reeve Superman, and that's sayin' something.

THAT COMPASS IS AMAZING. Well done.

I feel while the Reeve Supes is spot-on...its still a boring figure compared to one as detailed as Cap

:horror :horror

:lol

Actually, can't wait to get mine tomorrow, I have zero doubt and 100% faith that he will kick ass on my shelf. :yess:

it's not to knock supes by any means but as far as "action figures" go, cap wins...more accessories and a more detailed outfit for less money

I agree. More to futz and adjust. Supes was great straight out of the box. Same thing with the Iron Man armors. Awesome but pose them a bit and that's it. Love the complex costume figures.

Can't wait till Friday for this SOB.

I've read loads of people on here saying that Cap's arms aren't very poseable because they're too muscly, I have the 1984 T-800 Terminator and his arms move fine, surely Cap's arms can't be more muscly than Arnie's?

I havent heard anyone say that they cant move cap because he's too muscly :dunno

People have said the uniform is restrictive.

People have said he has stiff elbow joints.

People have said the muscle arms have less articulation than the TT arms.

That's about it...

Thanks, I guess I knew the arms weren't that poseable and assumed it would be because of muscles. I don't care anyway, I'm still desperate for the figure!
