Hmmm I might try that actually as mine is just starting to flake now.
What exactly is a satin coat? Is it just a clear paint?
So from what it sounds like, applying a top coat will prevent the shield from flaking.
Anyone here used a gloss or semi-gloss topcoat on their cap's shield? I want to keep mmine as original (so candy gloss looking) as possible.
Not sure. When I used a clear gloss the paint on the shield ran so had to strip it. I am thinking of using a White and Red to make the shield look like the comics version. I tried on a new shield with the semi gloss and had no issues.
just a lonely pic.
It looks like you got the pic taken two frames before Hulk punched him from behind.
Is he able to obtain this following pose with his limited articulation? I'm afraid to rip the uniform but would love to get him in his pose when he busts through the doors.

The costume will do it easily enough.
But the body might not.
Mine gets into that pose, but my Cap was rebuilt with a more poseable truetype inside.
Makes it easier for him to do other poses.
Can a ttm 20 body fit in any of these uniforms?
User. Is that an all silver shield on the Cap in the background? How did you do that and can we see some more pics of it?
