For me, the amount I could save by waiting or hoping for someplace cheaper, does not outweigh the risk of having to pay high secondary market prices. If I wait, I may save $20-40 if he is abundantlt available. If it goes in the other direction, I could have to pay $50-100 more for him. Like shown in those BW ebay auctions.

And I also hope the first BW decreases A LOT when the Avengers version comes out.

I cancelled my OC Toyfair Batman, if not for you I would've been screwed. :lol

True :hi5:

Fury isn't Batman. Ex Superman just sold out and it was EVERYONE'S grail. The regular version can be had below retail even the ex is still around retail.

$165 shipped is a fair price however, I get it cheaper or won't own it. Living on the edge :panic:

Even if she does, no Barbie hair for me....will wait for the new one. :lecture

The day I start combing their hairs is the day i'm out.

But I don't mind posing their guns, that doesn't make me feel any less of a man. :lol

$190? AHAHAHAHAHAHA

Can't wait to snag him in the bargain bin half a year from now.

Hot toys is getting out of control with there prices. From now on i will just be buying the ones i really want, like hulk if they do him. With the cost of food and gas still on the rise gonna have to start cutting back on the hobby.

The problem with Superman was people were buying 3 or 6 of him. You won't have a grail when people buy tons of him like that. Its the ones that don't have a lot made that are worth more. Less POs for a figure = less made = worth more later on.

Pretty sure that Valentine code is only supposed to work with in stock items, meaning sideshow can cancel your order or remove the coupon if they want...

I'll own him if the price is right.....I prefer the less "complicated" figures like Blade, Wolverine etc. because they have numerous posing options (which I love).

I'll watch all the retailers and if (I doubt) some reason stock drops, I'll buy. I personally believe by watching the sale thread in these forums it can be had later at a better price. I save $20 - $40 per figure after a few figures almost like I get one free :rotfl I miss out, I wouldn't pay ebay prices for Fury, he'd be one that got away.
