Did you get him from SS? If so, contact their customer service for a replacement. They're really good about that.

All HT figures, that I'm aware of, have an instruction sheet.

If not, contact the SS customer service. My IM came without one and they sent me one. They were very good to me!

Contacted Josh at Alter Ego he asked me to check some things (but as I said here I found the cause of it not working A broken spring connector) hopefully I can get just the replacement shipped to me instead of having to return hole figure, Figure itself is really good. Can't wait to get the rest.

Mine just arrived today, no complaints. He looks fantastic and the suitcase is very cool.
