I believe thatS in all of the figures.
But, looks like battle damage to me, because the helmet has some small scratches in certain areas

It is assumed the red on TFA onwards plated shields is the same colour used on the IM suits. Gaia Color Clear Red 041. Or a very close equivalent. There must also be an equivalent clear blue for the centre.
It would just be a matter of masking off what needs to remain silver(And the centre), the paint the red, let it all dry, then mask off everything but the centre and paint that blue.

I seem to recall that Black Ops Toys aren't sideshow affiliates. So they have to buy their stock like you or I, hence the slightly higher prices.
Also, you guys have to get out of bed earlier if you want to snag all the Steve heads before I do, lol.

Monkey Depot and Toy Anxiety were $50, Black Ops Toys were $65.

Ebay is about $89 right now.
And unlikely to drop unless the market is saturated.
