Those are three great ways to start your weekend! :lol Just curious but, why did you double up on the Stealth Cap?
My last flex for Falcon is the 5th of next month. I should get three more in between now and then (not including Cap & Steve). But surprisingly I'm looking forward to Falcon a lot more than any of the others, didn't expect that. I think it's those damn awesome-looking wings.

Great this is where everyone laughs at me. I doubled up because I wanted the box for the single Cap and the 2pk. I did the same with the Rocket and Groot set. I like to collect the boxes as well, and I usually sell the figures, in this case though I will be giving it to my brother

Did you get Widow or Bucky?
I'm getting Bucky next, I might order it today.... or I definitely will :lol

No laughs here. :) To each their own! (Especially when it comes to this hobby) I totally understand your thought process on that one, man.
I did pick up Bucky but I have yet to open him up. Basically, I gutted one of the rooms in my house and now I'm building a "nerd cave". It's been a long drawn out process but it will look good (fingers crossed) when I'm done. I have a bunch of unopened 1/6 and 1/4 figures that I'm saving for when I can do all of them at once. Ideally I will put a GoPro or two in there the day I do open everything up and make a sweet-a$$ time laps...ideally :lol

That would be sweet. I have a lot unopened too. I try and keep them mint but I will eventually make a collectibles room too :hi5: I also like holding off and opening a whole bunch together..... its a good way to spend an evening :duff

What 1/4's have you got? MK43 will be my first

That makes me feel a lot better knowing that I'm not the only one who does that hahaha! :hi5:
I actually started with 1/4's and have progressively moved over to primarily 1\6. Batman PF, Red Hulk maquette (my first), Galactus maquette, Catwoman, Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy (all girls PF's), Gladiator Hulk. There's more but that's what I can think of off the top of my head. The unopened ones (that I'm REALLY looking forward to opening) Superman PF, Vader/Obi-Wan mythos, Harley Quinn PF and Sinestro PF. I've got a few more on preorder but I've kind of backed off the 1/4, I've discovered that less is more when it comes to those.
I've actually been kind of intrigued by the HT 1/4 (MK 43/Boba), I've yet to see one in person but I've heard/read a bunch of good things so far.

Thanks for showing the step by step, Username. I like it, gives it a unique look. :clap

Cap & Steve shipped yesterday, should arrive Friday! :yess:

Great news. And thanks.

That looks like a lot of work. Looks good though.

It's not that much work once it's stripped down. I removed all the straps, then sat it in a bath of acetone for about 45 minutes, which denatured the HT paint so it fell off.
After that, you mask off the parts to remain silver and blue, paint the red in, mask that off, then paint the blue. I just used rattle cans for a smooth finish. I intended to scratch the paint off afterwards anyway. And i can always repaint it if i need a different look.

Nice work on the Shield........

as always :lol

Thanks.

Galactus maquette and Gladiator Hulk? I really want those :lol Nice collection. I actually never got into PF's but Machiko PF will be my first later this year :yess: I got the prints for the sirens so I was thinking I should pick up the statues too

Thanks, buddy! Gladiator Hulk is, for lack of a better word, fantastic! I know it sounds weird but the presence of that statue is what makes it great. Check it out in person if you get the chance. Machiko aka your 'gateway PF' :lol Having those statues next to hose prints would make pretty dope/elegant display.

Received my 2 pack last night, Did a quick inspection looks good. UPS came to my house at 9, didnt know they deliver late. glad they do. Cant wait to go home from work to take it out and start posing.

I feel like getting the single Cap too now especially since the one I have now has some minor accidental stitch tear :) I still have my figures sealed as I'm waiting for my display case to get done. I do plan on opening later though.

I don't know if its popped up in the golden age or this thread before, but just a word of caution regarding the shield. The straps can be pretty fragile so careful when putting them on his arm. Both my golden age and 2pk blue shield had a strap come loose.:gah:
