I think the battle damaged version could still happen at some point. I think I will end up picking up this figure though. Might see what eBay prices are like or just use a monthly coupon from Sideshow.

I doubt they'll do a battle damaged version of this. The regular version and special chrome version isn't even sold out. Also Maybe Hot Toys would rather spend more time focusing on the newer DC movies that are due for release

I would concur. I do acknowledge that it looks a bit sharper and more aesthetically pleasing being that it's cleaner and more shiny; might give off a cool "wet" effect under lighting that would kind of resemble the way it looked in the rain that they were initially fighting under, but the regular one I feel is the more film accurate version. Not a fan of figures that have variants of outfits that don't even appear in films.

I think that if it weren't for SDCC this figure would have been officially released with pics from ALL the photo-reviewers up last week. I think the photos from Elljay were supposed to be shown this coming week instead, but came out anyway. So yeah, most probably a release announcement this coming week, photos from bloggers and in-hand from HK collectors as well.

The latest flagship store release schedule still has this, Pool and Ultron coming in July. I find that hard to believe unless all released this week and they have Ani Con this week
