SS has him in stock at the moment for anyone waiting. got my 10% boyeeeeeee.
Same here, thanks to you and others for pointing that out. Any amount off doesn't hurt at all.

I still say it's an overly-busy suit design that Marvel Studios could've done better on but it's grown on me. I'll continue with my Customs and modify this one slightly.

Please share if you make any changes or altercations. Would love to see how it turns out

I see this point, glad you're bringing it up. You're undoubtedly correct. I said the same thing the moment it debuted officially. I'm more accustomed to the "simple smooth suit with whatever material Marc uses in comics" Moon Knight. The white with black as secondary is the best version to me.

I more so liked what we got on show due to Moon Knight simply gaining TV visibility. I do like the added touches of Egyptian hieroglyphics on the cape/body but all the wrappings do tend to get a bit busy. Especially the ones on the face itself. I like MK's head simple and smooth.

Hope to see how your custom turns out.

Still waiting for BBTS to get their stock. No idea when they will -- sometimes they start shipping a week after Sideshow does, other times it'll be months after. Speaking of, once they do get their stock in they'll probably have a few available for those still looking for one.

as far as design decisions go i think it looks fine, but the design on the pants and the snowboots throw it off. if the pants and boots had kept the mummification/egyptian theme i think it would've been a perfect adaptation.

as far as customs i hope that someone can make regular ankle joints for him.

As soon as I saw the leaked image of the Moon Knight, I knew I just had to get this figure once it was announced. I'm happy to finally have it in hand!

Moon Knight Mod
When I saw blogger pics of MK, I was hoping the chest armor was attached via Velcro so I could adjust the placement. No such luck. Hot toys had it securely pegged into the body. It’s a great way to keep the chest armor secure, but (imo) it’s not positioned high enough, looking a little off at certain angles.
I don’t recommend this mod unless you have a spare chest piece. Otherwise, go for it!
To move the chest armor up, the pegs had to be moved down. This will require surgery.
-Remove the peg plate. I used a dremmel with a polishing head to “scoop” out the inner chest ledge and surrounding areas, allowing the armor to move up past its original position. Be careful not to go too deep or you’ll rip through the armor.

Before dremmeling:

-I used the cutting tool to dremmel “whittle” the peg plate down to size so it could be moved down. You’ll have to shorten the inner chest key down as well. Glue peg plate back in.

I added crescent darts to the belt, actually attached to the clear waist clamp, and his boot truncheon for more of the classic Comic Book look, mixed with his modern incarnation.

If so, I hope those that missed him pick him up. He’s incredible.
Agreed. If anyone is even somewhat on the fence, get this figure. Popcultcha is a good place to get through. Shipping costs are good there. It will take about 5-7 to prepare your order and ship out and then if you're in the states, another 5-7 days to receive.
