It's the nose, Penelope has a very distinct nose and this doesn't which is why from some angles it looks off.

well now that I'm on my work comp I can see all the details and will say that it looks more like her than I thought before but still no 100%. I still want this figure though is the price is right. Gordon was unexpected to me so that takes precedent over all

I'll do my part to get us a Barbossa and preorder her. If you didn't know, HT stated in their most recent interview that Barbossa's fate rests in Angelica's sales. That said... I think this figure still looks fine. But if I pose her with Jack... Who am I going to pose Davy Jones with?!
