Well, I already decided not to get this figure after seeing the film. It was a fun film, just nothing really memorable IMO. Plus there are other figs that have my interest.

Still, it's a shame for people who really wanted this figure that it didn't come out like some of HT's other figures.

But, I have to say if I really wanted this figure from the beginning, I'd probably still get it. With the detailed armour I'm sure it'll still be an impressive figure.

The figure looks good overall. My only complaint from the pics is that the head doesn't seem to fit on the neck like some have already said and that the likeness isn't accurate. But I'll probably still get it despite the flaws. I think the neck thing could be cured if you take out the plug and make the hole in the head deeper.

Well, it does look a bit different from the proto, but it's definitely NOT Jake Gyllenhaal. I'm not a fan of his per se, but I would've gotten it if it looked like him since I thought the movie was ok. Anyway, Hot Toys can't call it an "authentic likeness" because it isn't.

Oh well, I'm relieved I can save some cash on this. Glad I cancelled my preorder.

I'm also sad because I don't think they're going to make Princess Tamina now.

You're right though. While the armour and weapons and everything look great, the headsculpt is a bit lacking and I can't really see Gyllenhaal in it. Plus I think the neck is a tad to big.

It's a good looking figure, but not HT's best IMO.

I am with you bud, armour and weapons look great however the neck looks massive compared to his head, he looks like he has a head the size of a pea

Luckily i never wanted this figure at all, cant see Gyllenhaal there are all, makes me wonder if HT had the license for his likeness as this is way off for their standards

This looks nothing like the actor, so it's an easy pass for me. Other than the poor likeness it's a great looking figure though.

I was never thinking of buying the figure since I've never even seen the movie but this says it all.

I wish there were more pics in his robe (whatever) and another with the red scarf wrapped around the head. I am still tossing around the idea of purchasing. I liked the film and from the shoulders down the figure looks amazing.

Bummer that the head sculpt doesn't look like Jake Gyllenhaal. The costume detail is fantastic, though. It looks like I won't be getting this after all.

I actually like that it looks more like the Prince from the "Warriors Within" game and less like the film prince as I liked the game better...but that's just me...

though, I have to say, like others, I am very dissappointed. the proto looked at least more like JG than what we're getting. And, looks like I'm going to have to find me a Persus body, b/c that neck is just too damn big, for that HS
