Ouch! Sorry for the poor quality. Here's a better video:

The collar pistons are loose intentionally, so that's fine. But the neck on yours, where it attaches to the torso, seems to be way looser than it ought to be. Maybe there's a ball joint in there and it popped out? I'm not sure how you would fix that. It's definitely an error of some kind.

There is two articulations at the base of the neck, one that makes it turns left and right and the second helps the Neck gain some milimeters up.
If you move only the skull up, do it gently as the back Neck rods are fragile, you Will have a normal pose As That articulation at the base of the Neck is most of the Time down so its no biggie.
I need to look at mine when im home but a think some glue on a toothpick (while keep moving the articulation) Or maybe remove the skull and open the Neck....
Probably doable.

Thanks for the help. I was probably going to try something like this but I received an email today and they are sending me a return shipping label and are processing an exchange for me! :hi5:

That is good to hear. If you don't mind me asking who is it that you got your T-800 endo from?

I'll admit, I am not an expert when it comes to the anatomy of the Terminator's endoskeleton so when my figure came with an extra appendage, I thought nothing of it. But after looking at the pictures of other member's figures and those on Sideshowtoy, I need to ask: Why did my endoskeleton come with a *****?

Now THAT is an EXCLUSIVE FIGURE

Obviously its naked Arnie, before the outer layer of skin is applied.

If those pics are real and not something you did to your Endoskeleton, then that is awesome.
Someone at the factory wanted to give this Endoskeleton a gun to go with his rifle...:rotfl

Mine will be at my house tomorrow. I hope everything is good, and I will post some pics as soon as I get him set up. I do hope mine doesn't come with a cybernetic pecker though...:panic::lol

It just doesn't make sense. It can articulate too; for a flaccid look or an erect look.
