Agree. Anyone who says NECA is anywhere near has never seen them side by side, although it should blow it away costing 10x more. I started with a NECA and sold it immediately after I got this guy.

Yes people seem to forget the Hot Toys is €369 more than the NECA.

I got a 1/4 endo by NECA in 2008 and honestly I was pretty impressed with it, it did have some problems with it that bugged me but for the most part I was happy especially with the price it sells for, Hot toys 1/4 endo is in a completely different level without a doubt (still not prefect but looks great none the less)

im on the fence on this. will the exclusive version be worth the extra cash ? its about 100$ more at my area. both units are MISB.

Get the regular version. Use the $100 to buy a NECA 1/4 Endoskeleton. Then just use that gun.

Words of wisdom, I actually didn't really know of the exclusive version with the second Plasma rifle, not that I was bothered by it as its silly money for an extra gun and the figure still looks awesome with the one, thankfully owning a broken NECA I just used the second rifle from that

I never liked the twin rifle look myself. Always thought it looked odd, and all the high end statues of the endo only have one rifle, and paying an extra $100 for a second plastic rifle is insane, can't believe anyone would even consider it!

If it was me, I'd get the reg for $100 cheaper and pocket the $100. The figure looks perfectly fine and just as awesome with one rifle, and you can still replicate this scene:

I compared the 2 rifles when I had both, the overall shape is very similar, but the NECA gun leaves a lot to be desired(although for this price point so does the HT gun). There is a drop off in level of detail and the barrel is closed and just looks cheap. You could always drill it out, but it is also a bit heavier so the arm had a harder time with it if you don't have tight joints.

Not ALL the high end ones. The new version life size has 2 and this large 1:2 bust has twins:

I got the exclusive fairly recently and I didn't have to pay an extra $100 for it, may $45-50. I'm glad I got the exclusive.

Absolutely gutted both the neck pistons on my endo snapped this afternoon right but the end of the joint connecting to the head, not even sure how it happened either I turned the figure round and bam both pistons were loose, I tried gluing them back together but it wasn't for setting so basically thinking of removing pistons and replacing them with metal rods. Completely pissed at how fragile it actually is not to mention the pistons don't actually move which honestly I didn't even notice till today

Yup, I love love love this guy. I've had him for a few months now and still love him just as much as I did on day 1. I need to get him in a case though for sure.

I really wish the button to turn on his lights was more easily accessible. Heck a plug in function would be ideal. The beaming red eyes are just so key with this figure, I wish you could leave them on with out worrying about batteries.

Yours looks great. That button issue was one of the main factors for deciding to sell this piece. I love the light up and did not want to put gloves on and then risk messing up my pose everytime I wanted the light on.
