I'm pretty sure it's over the leggings. It's a nightmare trying to get that shirt back in cleanly though. It bunches up very easily.

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it. Also, you are right about the shirt, I must have spent a good 15-20 minutes trying to get the darn thing back in but its all good now. Thanks again.
