Well, it all depends on your intention. If you were to grab all RO Stormtroopers, you may have missed this one for good. If you are only looking to get one or two, the pack should have make you happy.

They also showed a black pauldron variant of this Jedha Patrol at a display in Asia. Since The white pauldron version is waitlisted I might be interested in this one when it comes out.

It will be the same figure with a different pauldron. Or as mentioned if you have both the twin pack and the single figure, just swap out the pauldron.

I just ordered this guy . I think he looks awesome . I love the all white look. Can't wait to set him up with my Sand trooper . These are all I need so I'm probably gonna cancel the double pack .

Does this come with that huge backdrop with the tank? I'm still not sure if I should try to get the RO stormtroopers or not. Wanted to stick with the OT (only the 2-set and sandtrooper so far), been passing on the TFA ones as well.

The one I got did but I dont recal if that was a pre-order bonus or not.

The stand-alone Jedha Patrol Stormtrooper is on waitlist but the set is still available right? Is the one in the set the same figure or does the standalone come with something exclusive?

There are two different versions with packs, the jedha one (white pauldron and new fangled sandtrooper style pack):
