I cut the stitching at the back of the hood to bring it forward then futzed the shape then I held his feet to the floor whilst I posed the body, the lighting also helps

Dark lighting and slightly out-of-focus face FTW!

Overall though, this is the best he's looked.

Looks awesome - but again proves that very harsh or dark lighting is what brings this fig to life. The big/harsh shadows really help this sculpt.

So far review from Otaku Surk and pic from Stealth proves that lightning and camera quality really make huge difference on how Palpatine looks..and his Majesty looks fantastic!

Lighting and shadows is half the battle of getting this figure right, it was a bit dark in that throne room and shadows were added to his face in post production as I have stated before [emoji846]

It’s a big transition, going from seemingly getting any collectible you want to being limited, but it’s worth it. My life took a big turn when my son was born, but he means more to me than anything in the world, and while my collectible purchases are limited now, because of that, the pieces I do acquire are more meaningful to me and I’m not just buying things because they look neat and I can afford them.
