I think the headsculpt is fantastic. The emperor should be grinning, it's more representative of his behaviour and persona at the end of Jedi.

100% agree. I prefer this expression over any other. The sinister grin is very becoming of the Emperor.

Has anyone ordered the deluxe within the last several months and not received any emails from Sideshow? I upgraded my order a few months ago; then called them last month (they said it was on its way), but not even a final payment notice email. I think I'm being punished for returning/replacing too many defective Sideshow figures.

Just washed my robe, hopefully the staining won’t be that bad, for those who had it for a while, is it bad?

Don't have mine in hand yet but I haven't actually seen anyone post about it staining the figure yet. It was a big fear with him being all pasty white. Did your robe leave a lot of dye in the water when you washed it?

Robe stained the hair on his head on mine with a slightly darker shade, gonna have to wash it.

Is there an easy way to remove the stain without risking the hair color coming off too?

Perfect stuff for millennials who desperately need to say "I love something a whole loooooooot! I am so aliiiiiiiiive!" even if they don't have a clue what they are saying. It left a lot thinking about it, it stained the socks i washed in, but it came out better than when i threw it in

Alter ego gets theirs from SS. Today they said 3 weeks till in hand.

yep. the HT throne looks better plus with LED lighting which the sideshow one did not. I have both and the HT is on display now.

Thanks for the info. I called Sideshow yesterday and they told me they'll be getting their next batch in at the end of December/early January. So the 3 weeks thing sounds about right.

First time dealing with Sideshow’s customer service. My throne’s lights were not functioning at all and they quickly shipped me a replacement one. Very happy!

I talked to my local shop yesterday, and Sideshow sent them an email stating that they will be charged for the deluxe on the 26th, so probably the first week of January for me.
