Not sure I agree. He looks puffier and a but reminiscent of how he appeared in ROTS (as seen in the gif directly above.)

Yeah, I don't really like this one. He looks like a hybrid of ROTS and ROTJ.

Either make one or the other (or both). Not a weird amalgamation that combines the two.

I wonder if they deliberately combined the two since ROTS Palpatine now overlaps the OT in the latest ESB hologram scene. Either way I have yet to see an Emperor collectible that hits a homerun on his ROTJ appearance which is too bad. Hopefully this one gets tweaked.
