100%. I really liked Solo. Enfys Nest would make a great figure.

I hated the fact that I had to say "Oh another woman" to myself when Nest true identity was revealed!! Why couldn't Nest have have been a woman from the start rather than hide her masculine identity and voice. I would have respected that more.

Yeah, in a movie I overall liked L3 is by far its biggest drawback. It felt like whoever was writing her scenes was trying way too hard with the social commentary.

And yet, L3 would make my special display shelf holding Jar-Jar, an Ewok, Rose, Holdo and little Ani...

I swear I was just about to post something similar about being the only person who loved L3. I can't explain why, but she really worked for me. Everything, from her voice, her attitude, her personality. I thought she was great.

ETA: I hate Jar Jar.

Yeah how Empty Nest didn't make it onto Turd's worst list I have no idea. It was so illogical yet so predictable. It and L3 were Kiri's finest moments though, so there is that rush of "precise moment of peak identity politics bs" which is kind of cool. A social moment that has passed, just as Kiri has been passed by LFL, I'm sure somewhat painfully.

I'd put most Rogue One characters up there as pretty bad. The main ones have cop-out backstories manufactured to garner cheap sympathy points than in any meaningful way in the movie.

I mean it doesn't get anymore on the nose than having Jyn save a child in Jedha.

Damn... Andor is one of my favorite characters... He has a lot more depth in one movie than Poe, Rey and Finn together in all three movies...

Willem Dafoyoda wasn't too far behind though. They were kind of good atrocity match. They should have just said it was Yoda's brother Coda or something.

Jar-jar, all the Gungans, little Anakin and Dexter are by far the worst in my book... Other than that I?m not really angry with anyone even if I find quite a few characters unnecessarily. I didn?t exactly love L3, but she didn?t really annoy me either. She had some fun moments.
Regarding EN, if you were surprised it was a girl, then well, it worked, if you weren?t, then what?s the problem [emoji2369] ...I think it would have worked better for me if she had been older though. She just behaved as if she had a lot of experience.
...Tali, with that list it must really hurt to watch SW. ;-)
...and can?t wait to receive my mudtrooper.

And it's interesting that these are often both poorly conceived (and unmemorable) characters and also poorly designed. Very few decent creature, ship or robot designs in the ST - which is just deadly for a SW film - and I'd argue the majority of PT designs as well (though I am partial to a few of the ships, troopers and creatures in the PT.)

And err... sorry to derail this thread, the fig looks great and hope to see actual in-hand pics soon. The blogger pics are pretty much as photoshopped and unnatural as the Ht official pics are.

When it comes to designs I do agree. And for me that?s probably the most important too... that?s why the PT and ST only have one shelf each in my collection and the OT and R1 have 12 [emoji51] ...Both PT and ST have some good designs here and there though. Just not consistent like the OT.
