1/6 Hot Toys - Spider-Man: Far From Home - Mysterio

I watched ffh yesterday. While I'm curious if this gets made i wouldnt buy it unless it came with must have accessories.

The film was just ok, maybe a top 10 (and mean #10) mcu film but not any higher.

The mid credits scene was great, the post credits was terrible. It wasnt even as good as the captain america homecoming scene.

I was really hoping they would tease the next avengers villain.

He was awesome in the movie, but I'd only buy this figure if they give the unmasked headsculpt too. For some reason I think they'd skip it, but I hope I'm wrong.

I enjoyed the movie and the big twist, but can't say I really found Mysterio cool or interesting enough to want a figure of him (at least speaking as someone not familiar with the character in the comics). And I think Vulture would still be a much more impressive one to have in the collection.

Really hope Hot Toys makes Mysterio. I really liked the character a lot. I think the MCU Spider-Man films are two for two with having strong villains.

I’ll honestly be surprised if this isn’t at least at SDCC.

He was awesome in the movie, but I'd only buy this figure if they give the unmasked headsculpt too. For some reason I think they'd skip it, but I hope I'm wrong.

I do not have any villains but I would defiantly like a detolf shelf with him & spiderman. Price slightly dependent.

Finally got to see this movie tonight. Saw it at Imax.

Was a pretty awesome movie actually. So many surprises. The movie itself was good but then the additional pre and end credit scenes and the tie in with all that's happened. All layered together so well.

Would need to think about a Mysterio figure. But definitely a cool looking outfit.

I do so hope they make AND mass produce a mysterio figure. I've given up hope on Vulture.

Both are awesome. I'll go with Mysterio with LED lights, cape and fishbowl ftw. But Vulture is certainly impressive with that wingspan. I'm starting to doubt we will get neither though.

well those of you have seen the film will know.

So why the interest ? Renewed hope or what ?

Hot toys posted a shot of Vulture’s wing so I think the initial thought was the figure is being made. But the tags on Facebook mentioned quarter scale so the general thought now is there’s a quarter scale Spidey in the way at SDCC.

Hopefully we get both, but if I had to pick one I’d go with Vulture for the wow factor. Regardless of the size or setup of one’s collection, there’s simply no way he wouldn’t stand out. As nice as Mysterio looks I can’t say the same for him.

In my opinion as a Kitbasher, I think you will find the bowl for that Stan Lee is too big for Mysterio. Look at it, it's at least twice the size of that head sculpt!

But that means it'll be perfect for the Mysterio that's integrated into the base for the second 1/4 Spidey that's released.

Yep know all about that. However it seemed to start as soon as the movie was released ?? Must have just been people with renewed interest of all things Spiderman.
