The HKD price is no longer the exact ratio it used to be thanks to the BD Mk 85, but we can still pretty safely say this will be between $250 and $275 USD.

Stunning figure. I wouldn't have displayed with an unhelmeted head sculpt anyways so I guess this saves some money off the final cost

I haven't seen the movie yet, due to my mrs' health restricting her desire to sit in movie theatres for periods of time.. but the goldfish bowl doesn't really do it for me. (All the trailer stuff generally has Jake's uncovered head). I dunno, part of the appeal of the MCU to me was always the keeping of the character designs more real, and the appeal of Hot Toys MCU is have representations of recognisable actors as characters. Even my Spidey is Tom Holland with his mask hanging out his backpack.

No headsculpt is no buy for me... Jake?s beautiful face is all I really wanted. He wore the fishbowl for maybe 10% of his time onscreen?

Hallelujah! Glad to see this happen! My most wanted figure in a long time!

Hopefully this sells really well and encourages them to make Vulture too!

Undoubtedly 3rd parties will make an unmasked head now so I’m not worried about that.

I am surprised at the lack of a Gyllenhaal sculpt, but to me it's still a fantastic looking figure even without it. And if you're going to have an over the top costume like that you might as well go all the way and include the goofy fishbowl too.

Yeah, that looks very good. However, I think the figure in hand will look very different to the one we see in these professional photos. The missing headsculpt is probably due to the fact that they couldn't secure the Gyllenhaal license.

I honestly just think that they knew they could get away with not including it. I know it’s not the most accurate likeness, but Funko did an unmasked version. I think Hot Toys realizes the hype around this guy is big enough to where they can not include it, and still have decent/good sales. It’s definitely making me think twice about ordering though

Loved the movie, but not getting fully into the Spidey line. However this Mysterio is a very cool looking figure !

I think people are right in saying the secondary market will cater for a HS if you really need one. Personally I think the fish bowl look stands out more on the shelf. Plus that's typically how you see him on comic covers, cause it's so "Mysterious".

P.S see, told you they would use the Stan Lee plastic bowl mould for this.

Quite torn. With the Jake head I'd have been 100 percent in but now he's a maybe and I hate that. He does look great but extra heads for me equals extra display options.

Wouldn?t be surprised if they end up doing his mo-cap suit. I suppose it depends how popular this is.
