Hot Toys T-700 to T-800 Question/Request/Help...

I tried combing the threads and the Terminator Franchise Thread with no luck and I hope this is the appropriate thread to ask this question/request. If not, MODS or fellow freaks please re-direct me to the appropriate thread.

This is for any of the customizers out here. Is it possible to convert a
T-700 Terminator from Hot Toys to a T-800? I saw some pics of someone, but can find it anymore, chroming out a T-800 to me more "real" like in the movie. Does anyone out here offer such a service to do the same to a T-700?

yeah i remeber seeing someone do it, but he was a crazy customizer, and i dont think on this board. i would think it to be difficult because of the different metal textures (t-700 has a rough bubly texture)

I was thinking about the texture thing too myself, but would still give it a try to see how it would turn out. Now that I think of it, I think I might have seen something on ebay. Gonna check it out now as see what happens....
