Fun facts:

The Cure is not emo. They are awesome.

NIN's cover of Dead Souls is mediocre. This is one of those almost unnecessary covers, where the only reason you might like it is because you really like the cover singer's voice, since it has almost no inspired changes to the original. In this case, eh.

Saw him at STGCC 2013, looks great in person.

So it looks realistic and not cartoony in person?

Re: Hot Toys The Crow petition

So... I know i may get beaten up cause of this. I was madly in love with this movie when i first saw it. After like a decade bought a dvd and now when i see it again, i dont feel a punch. The direction is superb and story is fine and again i may suck saying this but the dialog delivery was very poor in the movie. Again, i bought this figure but i am assuming the craze here, may be i need to see it with a fresh mind again.

Just saying ... No hate guys. I bought it too!

Jesus...

I think its terrible that someone has to be overly defensive before and after stating an opinion on this forum when they are about to disagree with the consensus of opinion on a certain subject.

The pic may not capture the likeness but does a superb job with dark tone. Saw what I needed in the specs so this is a no brainier / most anticipated figure of 2014 for me........

I would've thought the HT official specs at the beginning of the thread would've pretty much sealed the deal on any skepticism regarding any major likeness issues.

Nothing's 100% - nobody's claiming that (I think), but the Con pics are the worst examples to go off with figures sometimes. The very pic at the top of the previous page alone, is a testament to that. :lol

Calm down man thats all i was saying is that pic sucks and i would like to see better ones :thwak

Also the proto pics always look good with all the lighting and angles, but the production version is usually different. The dx11 proto comes to mind.

Now that is true, I actually think the convention pics give a better indication to what you are going to get.

Really? I cant see much of a difference with that at all, it sucked from the beginning and it sucks now IMO.

I'm an ocean of calm. :wave

Your comment - on face value, blew me away. :lol

I think that photo looks amazing .... but it does highlight how off the hair sculpt is....

Exactly. So far I have no problems with the likeness, but it would be nice if they eventually go with longer, more movie accurate hair length. Seems a simple enough fix.:dunno
