There it is! FalCap looks remarkable! Of course the suit looks to be tip-top, but man the articulated wings are such a cool feature!

With the release presumably being so far off, sometimes I question myself if I'll be alive to see it in hand, lol

One of the best figures HT have shown/released in a long time, day 1 buy for me, should look awesome next to my WW and her gold wings.

I don't expect it to look exactly like those photos in terms of paint aps, I just don't want them to touch the actual sculpt. This figure has the benefit of having most of his face covered anyway.

Well, twice they've done Mackie's close-cropped hair just fine, so I expect they'll get that right. Between the shorter hair, minimal goatee vs. beard and having goggles over the eyes, those are the 3 of the 4 main features they screwed up on the Boseman sculpt (overall softness of the face being the 4th). So even if the exposed face looks a bit softer it should be nowhere near as bad as Boseman's. I hope...

Yeah. I’ve started to consider these heads-on-sticks photos as the painters and sculptors telling the fans, “I want you to know this is what it looked like when it left my desk”. As we learned in that recent Yulli unboxing video, the artists seem to be totally out of the loop once production takes over.

Yeah, I actually thought the Bucky sculpt was pretty good until I saw Sam :/

The mackie sculpt really elevates this figure, no pun intended

Much prefer his first suit though, the action scene at the start of the first episode in particular was amazing

Yep. And then if production drops the ball (like the latest Ant Man), it’s the initial artists who unfairly get all of the hate.

Thanx for that. I'd be more *&^% except I figure sculpt-wise, u can't do better than the IW Bucky. There's no reason this Bucky shouldn't be stellar; all they had to do was change the hair.

Except for some reason this Bucky looks off. Re Mackie-Cap, yep, looks stellar, except the grim-faced aggrieved look to me isn't Sam Wilson and his face was fixed that way through most of the show. But, the original sculpts look that way too; and on the shelf I only see the goggles, really.

But who knows, production time. HT likes to surprise its customers

If they did his first suit, and had the new wing articulation, I'd PO for sure.
