Oh dude. I freaking need this! I hate the arms on storm shadow! For years I've been saying TBLeague is the only company that does seamless arms right, with proper double bend arms. I need these arms for storm shadow and Rambo now!
Yea the arms were my biggest gripe outside of the plastic chest piece and arm/leg wraps. The arms are not a 1:1 swap so be prepared to do a little work. Also, based on pics, the skin color of the L&T Thor arms more than likely not match up to the very tan 3Z Rambo body color.

Check out my post in the Storm Shadow thread for a bit more detail on what I did:

anyone still waiting on theirs? I feel like either everyone is waiting or there is just not interest whatsoever in this.

Yeah, there certainly does not seem to be an overwhelming amount of interest in this figure. The lack of interest is probably because the movie it is from was disappointing, also I lot of people seems to indicate that they felt his outfit is too busy.

It is too bad that this figure isn’t getting more love bk it is a very solid release. I think it has the best head sculpt of all the Thor figures to this point and the body seems improved overall and the arms are fantastic.

And yeah there is a lot going on as far as his outfit is concerned but it is well executed and the cape is significantly better than it’s predecessors.

That said, very few seem to care about this one.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to lift his head? The magnet pulls his head forward and tilts down.

I think the issue with his head has more to do with the sculpted hair than the magnet.

Maybe try heating up the hair (back of his head) and bending it back a bit. I think if there was a little more room back there it would allow him to lift his head more.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks. I tried adjusting his hair. Not much of a change. I stuffed the bottom of his head with bubble wrap. It lifted his head a little bit but not as much as I would like.

Sorry about that, hopefully someone has a solution.

anyone know if you can remove the cape?
It is hard to say bk I can’t tell if it is glued on to the back of this gold armor piece it is attached to, or affixed in some other manner.

It looks like it can be removed just not sure if it can be done without damaging the cape …great cape though.

The cape looks superb in review videos. I've owned every Thor and the only cape I liked was the Roadworn version
I would love to pick this up but I absolutely hate the blue and the film

I always thought this would look better with just black and gold

Here are pics I took today.

Very happy with this guy now, but even though the arms are fantastic, I do wish they were a little bigger. Actually the figure overall should be bigger, I don’t like how they Iron Man is taller than Thor now …that ain’t right.

Earlier tonight I spread a bit of Tacky (Hobby Hobby’s version of Blu Tac) on the top of his neck then placed the head on and positioned it where I wanted it. The Tacky is holding the head in a slightly higher position, so he does not to be looking down like he did before.

I think the difference seems more pronounced if you compare the profile pic here with one of the pics above that I posted several hours ago.

I think you could raise his head more if you desired before you would be really battling against the sculpted hair.

Not sure if HT will do an Artisan Thor as some have speculated (I think Thor would be a great option), but in the meantime I think this guy will do …I like this figure more everyday
