On the Hot Toys Japanese Website it says

The same thing was stated with one of the 2 TDK Batman releases .............. it was also very easy to get here. Just can't remember which one it was but I think both Toys2 and BBTS carried them. Regardless Toys2 can get you anything made by HT's.
