He’s not fat tho lol. And in regards to you saying the chest armor looks small on him, the ESB and ROTJ costumes’ chest armor/flak vest sits pretty high. Would sit above the belly button. That’s always how the costume’s been. It looks off since there’s no cod piece or belt pouches to fill the gap. Look at any picture of the Fett costume from the OT: it’s always futzed differently in that area, sometimes just showing the flight suit underneath or “gut”.

He isn't fat like Chris Farley was fat, but he is way too fat to play a post ROTJ Boba Fett, what are we blind? Look at the pictures and how his armor is supposed to fit, watch him try to "run" through the Tatooine desert in his pajamas or try to make any athletic move. Morrison moves like an old tubby clumsy guy and Boba Fett had a sleek athletic build who made very deliberate moves. Morrison's acting is terrible. He constantly slips up saying things like "mate", "bugger", etc. He makes these goofy faces, and why is "Boba Fett" constantly taking his helmet off? Now this "Boba Fett" wants to rule with respect and doesn't want to be a bounty hunter? Some people are so desperate to consume "Star Warz" that you are willing to blindly overlook anything.

He also looks fine to me in that picture and gif, you’re all just way too dramatic. OT Boba looks like a wimp, Tem Boba looks tough.

Who cares if he takes his helmet off? No need to have it on all the time. But you saw him never take it off for all 7 minutes of screen time he had in the OT, so that means he can never take it off. My only issue was the first fight in the street where he just drops it instead of pouring the credits out and putting it on. Outside of fights, I don’t care.

My thinking was this version appeared in only a single episode then got repainted so will never be seen again, while the repainted armor was his look going forward. But I agree now that the weathered look feels more Star Wars-esque and also makes for a more visually interesting action figure.

I am an admitted Fett fanboy and buy about anything related to him, so take my opinion with a grain of salt but I absolutely love the idea of having ESB, ROTJ, Sarlacc Damaged and Repainted Fett all in a row. I'll be throwing in Prototype, Pre-Pro and Mythos armors for good measure. Nomad Fett will likely stand with a couple of Tuskens...

This came out looking incredible - so glad I go the double-pack.

But Hot Toys releasing my orders all in a row is painful - Thor, IM, IM BD, Pennywise, WW Deluxe and now this.

I love that set up. I am planning to try and put all Jango and his clones together…ESB, Pre Pro with Jango head sculpt, Sarlacc Damaged, Tusken Fett, and than Capt Rex with Head sculpt and a clone trooper.

I think the silver weathering amongst the red is just hidden in shadow in that figure photo and not catching the light properly. Seems to be a pretty good match to the show in this image, I think.
