So everybody is going to sleep on fett now because of the show lol. Need I remind every one that theyre childhood hero Luke Skywalker is a miserable coward and failure who try to kill his nephew in his sleep and then went to hide and die as per the sequels.

I definitely don't get this mentality. My love of Star Wars was built on the adventures my action figures went on after the movies. I can't imagine deciding that my life long favorite character is dead to me just because of a seven episode series. It wasn't great and I had problems with a lot of it but Fett is still cool looking as heck and that's where it started for him anyway. If he'd have been Dengar walking around talking to Vader about him being no good to me dead, there never would've been any magic for the character. So, you didn't like Temeura and the helmet off? Don't take the head sculpt out of the box. Problem solved.

I completely understand why people would pass on a figure if they don’t like the series or movie they were in. I didn’t care for BoBF so I’ll probably be limiting what I get, if I get anything, from HT that they make from it.

I couldn’t pass on this set though since it reminds me of his appearance in Mando. Loved that episode.

Indeed. It’s only natural to have some (or many) criticisms of the media, but the hatred is what is mystifying to me. I can’t get angry at a bad movie or show any more. The most negativity I can muster is “bemused disappointment.”

This set is gorgeous and I cannot wait for it.

Yes. That's why I didn't get that version of Luke

I don't "hate" bobf. I also have absolutely no problem with people liking this set.
I just don't like the show, and this set reminds me of it.
It's just me.

I thought BoBF was garbage but I'm not cancelling this set, or the repainted version on throne I also have on PO.
This figure is from a specific appearance in Mando season 2 so hopefully I'll be able to see it separately from the car crash that is BoBF when this figure is in my collection.

Well said and I agree with you. I have my faults with the show, a ton of them honestly, but it won't discourage me from picking up this figure or future Boba's.

Mine was also Day One. Sideshow seems to have no rhyme or reason to how they distribute their products... it should be first come, first served and yet there are people who got the first batch from them who ordered way after we did.
