However, they appear to be accepting the retail price for the qualifying figure as part of the $300, rather than its reduced sale price as last time.

e.g., for $290 Bo-Katan it says you need to spend another $10.

Previously they calculated Bo-Katan as $217.50 (after the 25% reduction) and said you had to spend another $32.50 to qualify for the free figure.

The qualifying figures seem to be way more strict than the deals last year.... I remember pretty much being able to add any fig to get a free Captain Marvel or holo iron man as long as you hit the $. Been eyeing Caine but it doesn't qualify, even if you hit the $300 with something else.

Pretty crazy that I could get Mando with child, plus this, and pay less than $250 with the shipping and tax factored in.

Looks like they may have brought that back. I tried to check out with a $310 item (before discount) it now wants me add $83 more to cart to get the free figure.

Agreed. I know he only wore his tattered armor briefly in one episode, but I thought it was such a cool moment. It was a no-brainer for me choosing between this one or the repainted armor version.

I remember back when the two pack released and some youtube guys were talking about a grail set. Fast forward a couple of years and this thing is heavily discounted all the time. Hell they even give out the armoured one for free.

Depends on what your definition of a "grail" is.

Is it something that you love more than most other things and absolutely need to have?

Or is it owning something limited that is desired by other people?

I think they meant the latter. For me I still love my Sarlac Fett, one of the nicest figures of the whole Mando line.
