Never this far down the line. Infact nowhere near this far down the line. The furthest a figure has ever gotten was Loki from Thor who had a prototype figure made and had i think 1 or 2 pictures in a leaflet but thats it. Never something thats been up for pre order for a year with full specs and pictures and a " coming soon " with pictures of the box.

HT won't cancel her don't worry, if a figure should be cancelled that would be spideman, the movie wasn't good and the figure is ugly yet it seems HT never cancelled something after so much time, once they get the license and make a proper prototype announcement they are commited imo

A Brit was doing a live stream of Resident Evil 2 Leon A (first time playing RE2) this morning and I was one of his biggest helpers in the chat. Finished right at dawn (for me). Reminds me of when I first played RE2. I'm all nostalgic and feeling in the RE mood now
