I believe, someone correct me if I'm wrong, that Marvel is just not supporting anything FF. X-Men & Spider-Man are money makers for Marvel so they'll continue to support them.

I think it's FOX that Marvel is not supporting. They just can't do with X-men what they are rumored to have planned doing with the FF comics as X-men comics sell well monthly.
