I use fedex with sideshow and I always get the card board shipper i have never had any issues with they way they ship normally takes a week to get the figure. Order on a Wensday get it on a Wensday. I normally use the Live chat options and they normally get things done quick . Using there email support is less than lacking takes way to long to get a response.

How does sideshow Email would be a better question. Been waiting along time when they told me the would get back to me within 24-48 hours.
