How was your ordering experience this week?

Absolutely no complaints although I had exactly the same problem as RoboDad. But I am on dial-up and always expect some slowness.

Took several tries to get to the login page as I got the "page cannot be displayed" notice (busy server). Then I got to the login page, put in my information, but then got timed out and had to start all over again. It took about 3 or 4 tries to place my order.

Still only took less than 15 minutes. A bit heart stopping, but it feels so good when you have success!!

Hey Darth...Same problem for me. I have even tried to send myself another confirmation e-mail by clicking on the resend button in my account but didn't get that one either.
I was told by Seretur that as long as all the details are there in your account then everything should be alright.

I'm not on dial-up, I'm on a 3 Mbps cable modem, but I still had slowness and pages that failed to load for the first 15 minutes.
 
Lurtz Ex. took about 30 seconds to get, the Aragorn about a minute. Couldn't be any easier, too bad it can't be this way for everyone. :grouphug
 
How was my ordering experience this week? Well the Aragorn took about 15 minutes as I had the same issue with "not available yet" as others; this issue was the same one that caused me to take 50 minutes or more to order Obi-Wan.

Everything else this week (except for the Gray Hulk you are already well aware of) went fine. I do hope Sideshow considers releasing the newsletter at a set time however.
 
Smooth experience for me........logged on 3 1/2 hrs after it went up, preordered it & confirmation email came immediately.

But you can still guarantee that it will be chaos again come the next SW 12"
