solution #1 - put a drop of super glue in each loose joint and quickly, but gently move it around until the glue dries and the joints feel tighter.

solution #2 - just glue the whole thing together in a pose that you REALLY like.

solution #3 - place it back in the box, ship it back to Hot Toys with a strongly-worded letter, and a bill for the amount you paid for their shoddy figure.

solution #4 - sell it and wait for NECA to make a better one.

Hmmm, for the ball-joints I put in the socket a small piece of card to fill up the space inside it.

Received mine today..And I m very,very disapointed:

When I Take of from the box the right forearm was broken (the piece of plastic inside the rubber) so I cant fix it ..I have tried super glue but didnt work....Besides,the shoulder ball joints doesnt fit properly so when i move the arms they come of easily

This is the worst experience with a hot toys figure...

Is this one your favorite alien out of all the ones you own?

Well, I know this has been gone over 'ad nauseum' but for me (and I say again... for me, in my opinion which quite frankly isn't worth jack!) It's the second best design from the second best movie (as long as you watch the assembly cut).
As far as HT figures go it is at this moment my favourite by a whisker, the AvP figure (in comp shots earlier) is still way up their in terms of quality but this figure is just more realistic, very excited to see how the 'Big Chap' turns out!
