Here's the deal I think...rubber suits for figures such as these haven't necessarily been "perfected" yet. Paint doesn't hold well to it and it still breaks down easily from wear REGARDLESS. Though some may have the tendency to last longer than others.

Either you're going to get a durable, long-lasting suit that will limit poseability but hold out in the long run OR a thinner, cheaper suit that will allow more poseability but will break down sooner. Perfect example is the Hot Toys Batman vs. the Takara Batman......Hot Toys Bats' suit is multi-layered and seems more durable than the Takara one which is thinner.

You can see some great poses on the Takara Deunan..but it's likely that's because the suit is similar to the Takara Bats.

I read on one site that they'd be getting restocked in mid to late April. Is that something Hot Toys does? More than one wave of the same figure?

Hobby Link Japan still appears to have the Takara Deunan Knute up for preorder.

The HT Deunan is listed on their site as "discontinued".

wow. even EBAY is practially all out. Just 2 days ago there were a couple of them available for BIN.


The only one up for sale is from a powerseller named TonyCheung he's also from HK but his rating is not so good (98%)



im not sure if HT will re-stock. most likely not. BUt iI don know they will come out with different versions of Deunan.
