OH MAN!! what's happen...noooo this hurt, i'm feeling bad 4 u

but, you want to know a thing, as soon as mine has arrived i've immediately open it for check ( and for smell ) , and i've noticed slighty trying to move the joints for checking, that immediately after i've try an " hard pose " with the right leg, she has lose stiffness and became dangerously loose in the knee, after a while i've noticed also that's because the " knee cut " where's pre-fixed the " knee arm " has much space than the other ( the left ) and moving the body it shake inside...when i will have assembled i'll see if he is able to keep a pose without the stand...

p.s. also someone other have noticed lost of stiffness in the cannons " arms " ? i'm alredy in trouble with the right one...

I feel you Creech! This was what happened to my Wolf when I first got him. Good thing was that Hot Toys customer service worked really well. Send them a message and they'll take care of it. Email them directly through [email protected] and not through their website messaging system. I emailed them and it took about 5 days for them to respond. With the messaging system on the Hot Toys website it took them about a month. Hope everything works out for you.

p.s. They'll ask you for photos and proof of purchase so get those ready.

Dang it and blast it. I received my Wolf a few days ago, and decided to wait till I had the time to assemble it. Pulled out the body to check the joints. Man they are stiff, which is way better than loose. Next thing you know I have a Pred without a leg to stand on.

We'll see what happens. All I'm saying is go easy. Don't listen to me I went easy and it didn't help.

you'd think that for $150 a pop these bloody figures would be a tad bit sturdier..

You pay for having the item shipped to Hot Toys (don't pay for the replacement though). It really depends though sometimes they don't even ask for the broken item back.

Thanks for your concerns everyone. Funnily enough I don't feel bad about it yet. I have had to wait for items much longer than I have had to wait for Wolf, and am used to being on the tail end of getting a figure. Yes, I was once a necroposter. Dead threads re-animated when I finally got my figure. It's a matter of going through the process. I wont become irate till I know I am being shafted. So far the seller has been quick to respond, and I have forwarded some pics. We'll see what happens.

I wasn't going to post my plight, but I had read darrens dilemma, and maybe his and my problem might be just a one off fault. Still, alls well that ends well, I just hope it ends well. Thanks for the link darren, I'll be using that if my seller doesn't come through.

Damn, with these breakage issues, I'm definitely glad I ordered with Sideshow, I know I'll get taken care of with a replacement if I should need one.

Yeah, not the official one you get if you buy the asia exclusive. These guy makes them and sells em on ebay ^^. Scar, celtic, chopper, asia, special edition etc. Great seller.

yes , yes i know who he are, but these are replicas of the originals, casted to match the originals, the only big difference is that as seems they don't have lenses
i have the original asian ancient mask and slightly differs, from pictures you can clearly distinguish the lense

Yep, I learned that the hard way. I messged them thru the webiste as its the only way I knew how and it took 10 attempts. I wasn't aware the email address was even on the website?

Sorry about the breakage Creech and Darren, and thanks for the info. I remember that HT addressed this mail thing in their latest newsletter.I mailed HT just under a week ago though their site. It says it could take 5 to 7 days, so i guess i wait one more day, before I try again using the direct mailaddress.
