Noob question, how did you find that out?

This is not from the mob scene. Mob scene had much more black around the eyes.

This seems like its from the party scene if anything but more likely just a generic makeup application. The expression for me is clearly from interrogation though.

I'm hoping we'll get a 2nd head with pure interrogation makeup, and a better expression :lol

I agree that it does look like the party scene....when the old dude says "we won't be intimidated" ...blah, blah, blah

Yeah but the red makeup and the green of the hair looks much closer to what it should be I think :lol

Does it? some of you must have really dark screens then because thats showing insanely neon on my screen. Even the pixelated noise around the text is practically jumping off the screen.

i think you might have contradicted yourself there. if the joker with make up on looks strange (i.e., not like the actor without make-up), then wouldn't it be better if the sculptor tries to sculpt the character the actor portrayed rather than the actor himself? that way, they can capture exactly that "strangeness" brought on by being in character?

i'm not arguing either way, since i think either way of sculpting is valid. just trying to understand your explanation.

This is exactly what I brought up in another thread. WHile there is noe denying that Adams sculpts are the best, I'm not buying this whole " sculpt Ledger than Jokerize him" thing. I think there are some Adam sculpts that look like Ledger but not exactly the JOker. I know that sounds weird and nonsensical but I feel it's true. Plus there are a lot of part in TDK where I can't even see Ledger under the makeup. Makeup does a funny thing to facial features, especially when your in character. Maybe this is why it's so hard to really get the likeness down.
As for the teaser, I'll wait for more pic to give my final judgement. But my opinion on the teaser is that it's definitely the best effort for Ledger Joker HT has done so far. But I'm not blown away like I hoped. Hoping the pics and spec do just that.

Well whatever scene it is, I think it is weird thing for hot toys to do give us the interrogation diorama with the wrong face paint on the head sculpt.

Oh yeah the rest of it is very neon on my screen too, referring purely to the green of the hair and the red of the lips/scars

Since when have they cared about matching the paint on the face with a particular scene? :lol

Bank Robber Joker had an interrogation scene paint application after all.

Maybe it's both...the interrogation table as an exclusive,
AND the party scene...that way he can wear his NEW tailored coat.
If that's the case, he'd better come with a tiny skewer of shrimp, a champagne glass, a retractable shoe knife and a shotgun!
