In fact, there should be no discussion about plot points in these figure threads at all... seeing as it has it's a whole Film Discussion Thread all of its own. Frankly, it amazes me how people just blatantly ignore the moderators on this site. It's like the terms and conditions that members agree to when registering, that somehow magically do not apply to them.

Yeah, well, but that was Captain America: The First Avenger talk... That movie came out a year ago. Anyone who actually cares about spoilers for that film will have seen it by now, I'm guessing.

I am ok with spoilertags for a film like The Avengers which only just came in theatres. But putting every bit of info in spoiler boxes is just insane. Imagine a whole page full of spoiler boxes. The Avengers fans who haven't seen the movie yet might skip them all, while the spoilers are of a year old movie they have seen and are willing to discuss about.

Spoiler tags are usefull, but we musn't get carried away with them IMO.

So you are going to include facts about things, that others may not yet know...because the figure may or may not have it? What you mean like the "Chitauri" weapon that the CapA figure has, but that he does not really use? No one expected it to be there and then the reveal came and suddenly there it was.

You mean like that? Like where I had been avoiding pretty much all I could about the film, so up until that point I did not know the name "Chitauri" or that CapA only handles the thing once. They are both negative, but they are two facts that, up until some yahoo on here spoilt it, I had managed to avoid.

I agree. But my point stands.

Nice vid, I think MR is a great choice for a villain in IMII, he seems really dangerous. Actually more dangerous without his Whiplash gear on.

PS: At the 5-seconds mark, was that your cat joining in with the film?
