BTW in the pic called "back09" I think it looks like one piece, I mean, the pauldrons and the part of the top of the back it's the same piece, the parts of the pauldrons are exposed and the middle part is below of the leather tunic or whatever it is and of course the cape hides it. I think that's what gives body to the cape and an elegant form.

Only if you are expecting a perfect replication of the actual character. I can accept that this is a toy. I could give a crap less about meaningless, unrealistic details.

I have. And every other thread of every other figure released in the last year. I know the standard response is

OH WELCOME TO THE BOARDS. EVERYONE ALWAYS COMPLAINS ABOUT ALL HT HERE.

But I will never get it. Especially since I'd bet most of the complainers are still buying the figures they are complaining about.

I've said it many times, until another company comes along and start making characters I will buy, Hot Toys is getting all my money. I far from think they are perfect, and I accept that they are in business to make money. I have 29 HT and am VERY happy with all of them. Some look better than other, but I don't know any company that mass produces items that is perfect all the time. If I get to where I think HT quality is sub-par for me, I will stop buying.

These are toys. Sorry, they are. High-end toys. But toys none the less. It does not mean there isn't an art to them. It doesn't mean they are lesser than. But at the end of the day, they are toys. Wonderful toys!

You are making an inaccurate assumption that I don't care just because I don't have a cow, throw a fit or pretend the world is ending because of production issue like others on this board do. I wish there were plenty of things different about a lot of the HT I have. But there is no sense in focusing on all the negativity, IN MY OPINION.

And if you think you know me and how I feel about collecting by twisting the words of a few of my posts on this board, you are as far off reality as possible.

I only started collection 1/6 @ 3 years ago. I've been collecting toys for 20 years. Mostly 5" and 6" figures. And I have grown to appreciate Hot Toys, Medicom and Sideshow 1/6 immensely, primarily because of the fact that they are so much higher in quality compared to what I was use to!

That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard on this board. Regardless what you call HT they are and will always be considered by 99% of the world population as toys. Really frickin, expensive toys. I buy them cause they're cool looking. Why else would I buy them? They don't give me internet access, they don't provide nourishment, they can't even tell me the time so in a way we are all wasting our money because all these toys are, are purely eye candy. That doesn't mean we don't care "bout 'em". Silly.

EDIT: Correction, I have used my WM as a flashlight when I dropped a screw once under my desk. $200.00 toy/flashlight.
