I probably wouldn't if I didn't collect so many properties, but there's like over half a dozen properties I'm collecting right now and Predator's one where I don't feel compelled to have every support character, just the main ones.

I'm in the same boat...I'll get Dutch (which looks great IMO, gotta be a new muscle body) and Pred1 only, but I have too much stuff I want to own. I got 3 HT military figs on pre-order, and I just ordered the two hobbits after seeing how well they turned out. Not to mention ALIEN figs...it's a great time to be a 1/6 scale collector.

So anyway, what do you think the extras on the "last stand" Dutch will be?
Obviously there will be one.

So he'll probably come with the rubber-covered body, extra screaming head and his makeshift weapons. What else do you guys think? Maybe a base?

I too hope we get a non-camo face for Arnold, but even as is I'll be stoked And probably easy enough to make some custom ones if needed.

They look good, but why so much face paint on both?

If I had to guess, I'd say the excessive camo face paint is somehow related to likeness rights (or lack thereof). HT is usually spot-on with paint apps, the fact that these paint apps stray so much from the actual movie makes me think they had to do that to obscure the likenesses in the sculpts. (Arnie's hair is jet black, and Billy's hair has blonde highlights...?).

Dutch was a given, but no sign of the Predator itself, or of Dillon; very odd since base figures for both have been around for a while (respectively, the P2 Elder and Apollo Creed). Equally, Blaine with his minigun seems such an obvious choice that it's surprising that Billy is out first.

I don't know the circumstances of the HT Rocky license and Weathers' portrait, but I do know he's a bit of a d-bag about his likeness being used, JAKKS got in trouble using it in their Rocky figures and had to distort the Apollo figures to not look so close to Weathers after the first figure, so maybe there are issues for Dillon.

the next dutch will probably bring the bow and arrow , the knife , maybe the log on fire which he holds and screams and a screaming head .
I am really really not impressed so far though with these proto sculpts. The head on arnold reminds me of the t-800 sideshow figure. And billys just looks too flat imo.
They will improve them dramatically knowing hot toys though , lets cross our fingers.
