yeah the prices are getting out of control...but it seems that Hot Toys are running out of bodies to make until another movie comes out. i just started collecting them in may and got lucky with many of them....Celtic and the Ancient Predator are the only ones i paid over retail for. the others i did some searching for.

Yeah, you really gotta be on the lookout for these guys and eventually you will stumble accross some good deals...:monkey1
 
Well, the P2 Elder I decided to get before the price kept climbing. 200% increase in just a year? Yikes. But I'm squared away with where I want to be on any of those already made, and just have the future ones at retail prices to look forward to now :)

Here's something I truly do not get. Ok, the AVP Predators are basically all the same. There are some slight differences. I think Scar has different feet and no forearm blades. Chopper has the skulls. AVP Elder has the different head and cap and spear. They all have different bios. I'm not sure why guys don't buy as many Choppers as they can (easily the cheapest of the three non Elders) and just get recast Bios. Shifting from a Chopper to a Celtic can't be that hard if you have the bio. I'm not saying it would be easy, but there's gotta be something to be said for avoiding a Ebay 650 hit plus shipping from God knows where to just buying a Chopper ( less than 300 sometimes, sometimes you can catch one less than 250 on a strange day) and making some light mods.

I was actually thinking about jsut picking up reson bios for all three. That way I can swap out and have who I want :lol
 
avp elders mask is for display purposes only and dosent fit. question answered :D its a shame really its quite a cool bio
