Hot Toys Powerloader

This is used and will be shipped loose with none of the original packaging. Disassembly would be too risky.

It has the usual problem whereby most of the black hoses snapped their connectors clean off. It seems my failed attempt to glue some of these hoses back on was careless and caused a big glossy glue mark (pictured). It also looks like the loader may have stepped in some glue as there's a patch under its foot than even has carpet fibres adhered to it.

Another thing I need to mention is at one point one of its shoulders snapped. It happened years ago and my brother assisted me in repairing it. However, as I examined it in preparation for this write-up I couldn't recall or even ascertain visually which shoulder it was that broke - or at what part exactly - I couldn't see the evidence. I take that to mean we did a good job in the fix.

The electronic feature works but I cannot ship it with batteries.

It should be noted that due to their weight the arms and legs aren't what I would call tight, they move somewhat freely from the shoulder and hip. I don't believe this would be unique to my Loader. There will also be what looks like paint scratches but most of this, if not all, is part of the original weathering deco.

1:6 scale Tamiya Harley Davidson Fatboy

-Not mint. I am not the original owner. I bought this on ebay in 2011 as an already assembled and painted item and as such it can only be described as 'used'.

-I added a T2 license plate and will provide decal sheets

-I made the saddlebags myself from parts also bought on ebay. The saddlebags are as good an approximation as I was able to create but to be honest they're an amateur job which included me 'colouring them in' with permanent black marker (the bags I bought were originally beige). The first marker I was using ran out before I finished and the next marker wasn't quite the same - as a result the 'lid' part of one of the bags looks different to the rest. See Pics

-You'll see in my pics that it has all sorts of scuffs and scratches - you could say this gives it an authentic used look.

-it looks like the tires were at one point glued to some sort of base. Or perhaps they endured hot temperatures and partially melted to whatever surface the bike was displayed on. See the pics. Though ugly, these flaws can at least be hidden from view by simply rotating the wheels. My seller banked on this and did not declare this flaw in his listing when I bought it.

-Right off the bat I remember having to glue a wingmirror back on. It was shipped to me poorly and some kind of breakage was inevitable. You'll see evidence of this in the pics

-The handle-bars broke off repeatedly - the design and materials choice was not good by Tamiya here. The handlebars are metal and they attach to parts that are just hollow plastic - this meant that it didn't take much of an impact for the handlebars to just snap right off and I think it happened 2 or 3 times during my ownership - each time it got more and more difficult to repair with all the layers of superglue creating unclean and uneven surfaces (the area is quite messy now as you'll see in pics). At the time of packing the bike away my last repair still holds but you should be aware that it could break again. Honestly I only recommend buying this from me if you are adept at repairing things and finding alternative ways to fix things when simple glue-jobs just aren't working because you could be faced with that situation. Toward that end I'm providing extra parts that may (or may not) be useful.

-I cut off the tail-lights that seem to be default on all toy/model representations of the Fatboy but which were not present on Arnie's bike in T2. You'll see where they were cut off in some of the pics. I think there was also tassels on the handlebars which I removed

-wires detach easily and have to be reglued.

-the licence plate also detached easily and in my attempt to address this I had a mishap with the glue, it suddenly poured out of the bottle and coated the back of the plate. As I tried to scrape excess glue off it exposed underlying blue plastic - I didn't have any black paint to cover that and so I just left it. See pic

-I'm shipping this on the plastic base of an entirely different bike I bought around the same time - from a Harley Davidson Fatboy Telephone. I'm also using the protective styrofoam packaging from same. It is my expectation that this will prevent damage during shipping but one can't be completely sure because A) it is a very fragile item and B) who knows how it will be handled once it leaves my hands. However I've tried to anticipate rough handling as best I can by making sure the bike isn't bouncing around and I've used bubblewrap at strategic points.

-If you have bought it and are about to open it up, obviously make sure it is upright when you lift the styrofoam off. Be aware that although I have tied the bike to the base so that it can't roll off it can still topple on its side. So gently hold the bike as you cut the string tying it to the base and make sure the bike is leaning on the side with the kickstand before taking your hand away.

-Expect the bike to be light. It is mostly thin, hollow plastic. However it looks much cooler than that makes it sound.

REMOVED FROM SALE FOR NOW:

Hot Toys MMS67 Batman TDK Original Costume - $290 shipped

Hot Toys MMS67 TDK Batman (Original Costume)

Box is pretty good but does have shelfwear, its displayable.

Figure is missing one Batarang but has everything else plus 2 extra hands (which I think I may have been using for a Cyberdyne T-800 at one point but have no need of now) and an lforigno cape. The original cape will also be included if you have use of it.

I broke the cape clasps free and glued them in place at the bottom the cowl. A small shiny glue mark can be seen in one of the pics.

There's a minor split of a seam on the cowl, also pictured. Not sure how or when that happened or if it was always like that.

The cowl has some rub marks if you study it at all angles held to the light, but it does take some looking to find them. The picture of the cowl below the chin attempts to show it. Such marks were probably caused by the box rather than any mishandling.

The suit is a dust-magnet and this figure has been exposed to it, there's a pesky thin layer that I just couldn't get rid of along the top of the chest emblem, also takes close examination to see. And there'll be specks elsewhere aswell no doubt, even when you think you've gotten rid of it more reappears.

The boots, are perhaps a different kind of rubber to the suit itself. See the picture of the figure laying down in its tray, they look more matte, a slightly different shade. I would say its not really noticeable in person unless you're looking for it. To try to properly describe the figure for purposes of sale I looked for anything I could find that might be worth mention.

hi man do send this to Bulgaria or only for us

Re: Hot Toys MartyMcFly, T4 John Connor, Hot Toys T-700 dioramas

Sorry I have to keep that to sell with my Tumbler locally (within Ireland), otherwise I fear no one would be interested in the Tumbler.
