Anyone order these from Toys2.net?
I placed mine back in April and it's still "processed".
I have a feeling they're gonna' stick me with wave 2....
Toys2 P.O.s didn't go up until May 20.
Is it wrong that I am starting to wish i ordered with Animate now? despite all the negative feedback you guys are still getting the figures before me
Animate is a pain in the ***. I had to open a disbute because I got the email about another two weeks to wait. They finally said they would ship it Thursday. I said either ship it Thursday or give me my money back. SO the long winded answer is waiting is probably a better idea.
i guess you are right! the guy i am buying with doesn't have any negative feedback so I just hope he keeps true to form.
To be honest ( and not to relate to your deal or dealer specifically) , I tend to stay away from international dealers. It's not just the added shipping hit and the drag time either.
With a domestic dealer, assuming you aren't using Ebay, you are probably going to use your CC. A CC will offer you far more protection than PayPal will. PayPal is not a bank and they are not regulated like one. Reading their TOS is a little bit scary to be honest. Often signing up for PayPal waives you of certain rights that are inherent to your credit card and bank account otherwise.

Frankly, and it's a bit sad, there are way way way too many dealers in this hobby, domestic and overseas, who act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Let me not gloss it over without also pointing out there are some truly great dealers out there too. But I find the majority in this hobby are guys I don't think really handle themselves professionally.
I've been to hobby shows and listened to dealers talk to customers in their booths and some talk to their customers in their stores and am often stunned. There's a saying I have, "Bread and butter doesn't taste so good when it's drowned in piss"
I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd rather go without a hobby item than deal with someone outside my range of usual dealers who I feel a bit fuzzy about. Really, I think that thought I had really sums up some, not all, dealers in a nutshell -
Some businesses act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money
Sorry to go off topic a bit. For guys out there waiting on international shipments or preorders, I wish you guys nothing but good luck and speedy and safe travel for your items,

I opened a dispute w/ Animate today. They guy promised me it would ship Tuesday or he would give me a full refund. Then he emailed me Monday and said he would give me the refund he just wanted to confirm my email address. I'm still waiting for my refund or my figure.
