Man it sucks to have to wait another 3 weeks, I just hope in the future there will no longer need to be "revisions" or "alterations" made last minute to each piece.

It should result in more accurate preorder dates.

I wouldn't count on it, HT's going to play the release product with the film card more and more after the IM and TDK success with that strategy, and unless it's properties/figures that all the necessary reference is available upfront, pieces will need mods.

How about we keep this thread for its intended purpose of showing off this figure. I just want to see great images of the fantastic work done by Hot Toys on this awesome figure.

I think that there was more than enough discussion on the modifying of this figure on the other thread that is now locked.

Please don't cause this thread to get locked. If you want to start another thread about modifying this figure, then do that. At least I will know which thread to avoid.

wasnt posting to start a fight over whether or not it should be modded, and why or why not. (Trust me, I hated all that as much as anyone)

Just showing what can be done with the figure if people want to in addition to what it naturally looks like.

And there's nothing wrong with that, but given that such information as well as the general topic are fuel for the fire that locked up the other thread, and this one is off to a nice start, creating a modifications thread could help keep the explosive conversations out of here.

Obviously the DVD would be better, but there are some high end clips out on YouTube and web browser plugins that'll let you save YouTube videos to your PC.

does the inside of the TDK Batman box have the Why So Serious smile on all the figures being released? It was pictured in the commerce forums under a guys shipment of the figures but im just curious if it is on all the boxes or just a select few

He arrived today and he is SPECTACULAR!!!

Not bulky in hand at all. I actually prefer him over BB version. Crappy pics for now, but I'm too excited to take my time!

(Oh, I did mod the neck a teensey bit so he can look down more. Didn't alter much though as I have no dremel and was just scraping away!)

EXCELLENT pics Snake! Now you can finally see (due to great lighting) that this piece is proportioned perfectly. Congrats they look great together, you can see how much more wide the BB suit is next to the TDK suit.

No, the cape is as is, straight out of the box. I have pinned it down under the shoulder blade armour. It works a treat. Ta for the comments.

Thanks for the photos. As far as cowl designs on the suit, I prefer the front on look that the TDK cowl setup has, but from 3/4 view on, I'm not a fan of how emphatic the tight neck setup makes the base of his skull look, the smooth flow from head to shoulders of the Begins design is cooler in that regard.
