Necks come off with slow pulling, just girp the figure and head/neck in seperate hands and pull slowly till it pops off., the neck should come off the body with the head for proper swapping.
The hands should come off the pegs, most likely the pegs will come out of the wrists and be in the hands as this happens with ht figures especially him, just use your teeth or something small to grip the pegs carefully and pop them out of the hands hten swap the hands you want.
The cape clips insert down into the slots on his suit, then push the back of the clip down to flatten them to the suit, theres been repeated posts of images on how to do this you can find in this thread.
The stand, is straight foward, just stand him on it, the prongs go between the legs, best not to have them pushing to hard on the inside of his legs they can indent the rubber.
