As much as I wanna pose him as the season 3 dvd cover, I'm thinking a nifty bottle o'narcotics would be a kick-ass touch.

I haven't even thought of the pose I want to put House in. I've just been focusing on getting the right close..... time to start thinking a pose.

I am still on the hunt for a good pair of jeans. The ones on ebay don't really seem that nice. If anyone knows where I can get a HT James Dean pair of jeans, please let me know. :rock

You and I both. I've been searching like crazy to find a pair of HT James Dean jeans and there all but non-existent on Ebay. They have to be the best looking 1/6 scale jeans around, they just look better than the Saturday Toys jeans that I've been on the fence about.

Oh come on! You can have one 1/6 figure in your collection! It won't kill you. Heck, knowing House, it might SAVE you! :lol

Well I have a Samwise coming to me, that will be my first and only.

In all honesty i've never even seen a full episode of House, but I hear its good. :monkey3

What!?!? Ok, here is what you need to do.

1) Go rent season 1 on dvd
2) Watch it
3) repeat with each additional season
4) sign up for a head and cane
5) make your own House figure

:monkey3

James Deans jeans are a fantastic looking pair of western jeans. The ultimate, but I think it's okay for House to have a fuddy duddier type of jean. He's not looking to be a fashion statement, and it's the overall impression, rather than being particular to any certain episode or season. He wears many different jackets, shirts, pants and sneakers. I would think different combinations would be acceptable. That's one of the great things about putting this custom together, so many possibilities. You can even go for his biker look if you were able to find the correct styled jacket. Just easier to go with his more standard look when trying to obtain parts.

The Saturday Toys jeans are becoming scarce as well, I've noticed, since having searched when this thread started. Hopefully they will do a reissue soon, as they do when their Biker set becomes in demand.

I noticed a pair of jeans on a site someone posted in another thread. Don't know anything about them, but if you're having a hard time finding any, these might do the job. Seems a good price.

I was considering doing a look with his bike riding jacket too. I've seen quite a few sites that had some nice motorcycle jackets, but just haven't kept tabs on them.

All true Creech.

I have had some friends and family over since i put mine together and without a head or anything remarkable, everyone had instantly recognized him. They they all ask "Where is his head?":lol Then they ask "Is he leaning on a hammer?" :rotfl

House has the luxury of a thousand different costume options and they can all look great.

Buttmunch, 1:12? Really? I figure 3/8" in height should make this bottle seem about perfect in a figure's hand. Wouldn't 3/8" be equivalent to between five and six inches, a super jumbo House-size Rx? I've ordered one, so I'll shoot a pic whenever it gets here so we can see. It looks like the seller has plenty of them. I'll post pics when I can. :D

Well, the item description says 1" scale, which is 1:12 scale. The seller may be wrong of course. I would really like to see pics when you get yours though. Maybe you do still earn the winner trophey ;)

Me too. I bought Hot Toys Leon Jacket loose a while ago. Needs some reworking, and to be made black. Could be a lot of hassle for something that won't look great though.

Anyone interested in commisioning SoverignStudios to taylor a Biker Jacket for house? I wonder if we had a list of atleast 10, what the price would look like. House in Biker jacket is probably my favourite look.

3/8 in (.375 in) = 2.25 in at 1:6 scale. At 1:12 scale it would = 4.5 in.

How big is a bottle of pills, after all? I have to go measure one.

About 3-4 inches sounds right so it would be too small for 1:6 but too maybe too big for 1:12 as well. Hmmmm...

Oh, and depending on the price and final look, I'd be down for a Sovereign Studios Biker Jacket for House.

**nevermind. You're one step ahead of the game Buttmunch!

Anyone else potentially interested in something like this? The more, the merrier I'm sure

I'll try to get in contact with him then :)

I posted an image in his thread (should be just below this one right now) but definately contact him. If anything it just shows there is interest in one to make it worth his time.

Great idea :rock

okay, I shot him a PM. We'll see what comes out of this. His Indianna Jones jacket was fantastic, I know he'd do a super job on this if he's up to it.
